Butler Physical Therapy is Medicare certified as well as Preferred Providers for UPMC Health Plan (PPO, POS, HMO & UPMC For Life), Keystone Health Plan West (HMO, Select Blue, & Security Blue), HighMark BC/BS, HealthAmerica (HMO, HealthAssurance, & Advantra), AEtna, and many other health plans. Most insurances offer adequate coverage for Physical Therapy services and we are also participants in most health plans. We will process the forms for your insurance company and assist with your claim. You will find our fees to be more than competitive. All patients' financial needs are dealt with individually.

HOME HEALTH AFFILIATIONS:
Butler Physical Therapy provides home health physical and occupational therapy treatment throughout Butler County both privately and through our affiliation with the Visiting Nurses of Western PA and Concordia Visiting Nurses. Any needs for home services should be discussed with your physician.

The Professional Staff at Butler Physical Therapy and Zelienople
Physical Therapy bring over two centuries of combined experience to their patients. Our therapists are local residents who have been serving
the Butler Community since 1981. All 12 therapists are state
licensed and annually attend continuing educational courses on new
therapy techniques to assist their patients on the road to
recovery.
