Terry Faber, P.T. received his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1971. Prior to establishing Butler Physical Therapy Associates in 1981, Terry worked at the University Hospitals and was Director of Physical Therapy at Butler Hospital. Terry’s past 30 years in Private Practice have seen much change and growth. Under his direction, BPTA has expanded to include outpatient offices in Chicora, Saxonburg and Zelienople. The Butler site has a dedicated Occupational Therapy Center, focusing on Hand Therapy and Industrial Rehab. In addition, Butler Physical Therapy is co-owner of Affiliated Rehabilitation Centers with offices in Slippery Rock and Emlenton. Terry’s goal has been to continually provide the highest quality of personalized patient care while still making his services very affordable and convenient for all Butler County residents. Terry resides with his wife in Butler Twp and is a member of St. Fidelis Parish. They have been blessed with two wonderful children and eight incredible grandchildren.
